EASST operates a scheme to support students and those at early career stage attend our conferences. This takes the form of free registration (and does not cover travel or accommodation / subsistence). Funding is limited and will be concentrated on those coming from countries which are normally under-represented at EASST conferences (particularly those from Southern or Eastern Europe). It will also be targeted at students or others without institutional support for conference attendance.
Applicants need to be EASST members and to have had a paper accepted for the conference. Those who receive awards are required to send a short report (500-1000 words) about the track or a plenary session attended to the editor of the EASST Review for consideration for publication.
Applications should be made using the application form which is available from the EASST website (https://easst.net/current-conference/).
Applications (and any queries) should be emailed to email@example.com by 8th June and applicants will be informed by 21st June. Please remember applicants need to be current EASST members.
